Greenaction for Health and Environmental Justice is sponsoring this event to raise awareness and funds to support our many campaigns for environmental justice and healthy communities in the Bay Area, Kettleman City and across the country.
As an organization that speaks out and doesn't compromise or sell-out, we depend on our friends and supporters to help us raise the funds necessary to keep fighting polluters and their friends in government.

Sign up above and start collecting pledges!  If you need pledge sheets, please email walkathon@greenaction.org

Registration will be at 10:30am at McLaren Lodge at the entrance of Golden Gate Park (enter on Stanyan, between Fell St. and Kezar Dr.) and the walk-a-thon event will begin at 11:00am.

  • We will walk, run or bike through Golden Gate Park.
  • Participants who raise at least $50, or pay the $10 registration fee will receive a free t-shirt.
  • If you cannot directly participate, you can still donate to sponsor a walker.
